Despite some issues in the rooms like construction and sanitary concerns, my stay was made better by a balcony with a street view. The service had its ups and downs due to a dishonest staff member, but overall, it was nice. The location of the hotel was superb, close to main attractions. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Constantinople, just minutes away from the tram. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they were not soundproofed. The service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to help.
